Pre Sales Consultant/Executive

Turning leads into sales by making phone calls to interested customers. Setting up visits to our project sites for people who might buy. Keeping in touch with both possible and current customers. Working closely with the team on our specific project. Taking care of customers we already have. Going to meetings every week to talk about sales with the bosses. Keeping track of how well we’re doing in making sales.

Relationship Manager

In charge of talking to customers and working with the Sales team. I learn about the project so I can explain it well to customers. I keep in touch with customers and manage our relationship with them. I answer calls, gather information, and keep our records up-to-date. I also make sure all our systems and records are organized and easy to use.

Team Leader - Pre Sales

Create a happy team where everyone talks openly. -> Set clear goals for the team. -> Make sure we meet our targets for sales from walk-in customers. -> Make sure we meet our targets for sales from walk-in customers. -> Give tasks to people and set deadlines. -> Look after what happens every day. -> Check how well the team is doing and tell others about it. -> Keep the team excited. Find out -> what training the team needs and help them learn. -> Listen to the team and fix any problems or fights. -> Reward people who do a great job. -> Tell the team to try new things and not be afraid of risks. -> Come up with fun things for the team to do together. -> Keep an eye on how our business grows. -> Have experience leading a team in sales before. -> Know a lot about how to measure how well we’re doing. -> Be good at using computers, especially MS Excel. -> Be great at talking and leading others. -> Be good at organizing and managing time. -> Be good at making decisions. -> Having a degree in Management or training in leading teams is a bonus. -> Must have a two-wheeler.

Team Leader

-> Make sure everyone feels excited to work together and talks openly. -> Decide what our team -> wants to achieve and make it clear. -> Make sure we sell enough to reach our goals. ->
Give jobs to people and tell them when they need to finish. -> Watch what happens every day. -> Check how well the team is doing and tell others about it.-> Keep the team feeling good about their work. -> Find out what the team needs to learn and help them. -> Listen to the team and fix any problems or fights. -> Reward people who do a great job. -> Tell the team to try new things and not be afraid of risks.-> Think of fun things for the team to do together.-> Watch how our business grows. -> Have led a team before or been a supervisor. -> Know a lot about how to measure how well we’re doing. -> Be good at using computers, especially MS Excel. -> Be great at talking and leading others. -> Be good at organizing and managing time. -> Be good at making decisions.->
